Prohibited Content
At ADLOT CLASSIFIEDS we want to make sure that the site is as clean, friendly and
usable as possible for everyone.
We reserve the right to remove ads without refund where these breach our posting
rules and/or terms & conditions. Posters that regularly break our posting rules
may find their future use of the site restricted.

No duplicate ads;
We only allow 1 ad for a particular item/ job/ flat etc. Please don't post
the same ad (even if re-worded!) more than once either in the same category
or across multiple categories. If there are a few possible areas for your ad
then please choose the most relevant. Any duplicate ads will be removed and
if you continue to post duplicates we may decide to restrict your access. If
you want your ad to appear back up to the top of the listings then remember
that you can simply repost it. This also applies to posting the same ad on
more than one ADLOT CLASSIFIEDS site - please see below.

Post on your local ADLOT CLASSIFIEDS;
Please post on the ADLOT CLASSIFIEDS site geographically closest to you. Ads will only
be accepted that are geographically specific and locally relevant. If
someone is looking for accommodation or a job in Singapore, for example,
they would visit ADLOT SINGAPORE CLASSIFIEDS. This local community approach is what
ADLOT CLASSIFIEDS is all about.

Post in the correct category;
Please post in the correct category as it helps both posters in reaching the
right audience with their ad and helps the users looking for something to
find what they want.

No keyword
spamming;
Keyword spamming is the practice of listing lots of often irrelevant phrases
or words in an ad purely in an attempt to have a better search ranking (e.g.
lots of postcodes or locations). We don't allow this on ADLOT CLASSIFIEDS because it
is very frustrating to our users to find irrelevant ads in their search
results, it can make ads hard to read and it creates an unlevel playing
field.
Conduct
You agree not to post, email, or otherwise make available Content:

Animals, plants and insects
that are regulated or prohibited for sale under applicable laws;

Blood, bodily fluids and
body parts;
- Items designed to be used to
commit a crime including not without limitation burglary tools, false
identification and items used to manufacture illegal explosives;

Jobs that includes ad
posting, ad hiring, affiliate marketing, data entry, home based, online
typing and multi level marketing;
- Material that infringes
copyrights, trademarks or other third party rights;
- Material that contains child
pornography or is harmful to minors;
- Misrepresentations and
counterfeit or fraudulent items;
- Money Lending (Loan);

Non local products, services,
properties and events;
- Services or merchandise that
promote hatred and violence against specific groups of people;

Stocks and other securities;
-
Stolen goods or property
with serial number removed or altered;

Tobacco;
- Websites (Affiliates, Blogspot,
Classifieds, Link Directory, Dating, Employment Agencies, Forum, Google
Adsense, Matrimonial, Real Estate, Travel);
- Content that can
intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state,
national or international law, or any regulations having the force of law.
You agree not to upload the following types of files:

Files which contain adult content such as pornography or excessive nudity;

Files which contain gruesome scenes, such as dead people or mutilations;

Files which violate the privacy of the individuals depicted are not allowed;

Files which violate copyrights or patents are not allowed;
-
Files which contain software for committing illegal acts (like hacking) are not allowed;
-
Files which otherwise violate any international law are not allowed.
Additionally, you agree not to:

Have multiple accounts on each local classifieds;

Contact anyone who has asked not to be contacted;
-
"Stalk" or otherwise harass anyone;
-
Collect personal data about other users for commercial or unlawful
purposes;

Use automated means, including spiders, robots, crawlers, data mining
tools, or the like to download data from the Service - exception is made for
internet search engines (e.g. Google) and non-commercial public archives
(e.g. archive.org) that comply with our robots.txt file;

Post non-local or otherwise irrelevant Content, repeatedly post the same
or similar Content, or otherwise impose an unreasonable or
disproportionately large load on our infrastructure;

Post the same item or service in more than one classified category or
forum, or in more than one metropolitan area; or
-
attempt to gain unauthorized access to ADLOT CLASSIFIEDS's computer systems or engage
in any activity that disrupts, diminishes the quality of, interferes with
the performance of, or impairs the functionality of, the Service or the ADLOT CLASSIFIEDS website.
Please take note:

All expired ads will be immediately removed from the site
within 24 hours. If you have no time to sign in and renew your ads, choose a
longer expiry duration;

You are not allowed to create another account once your
account is suspended. If you'd like to appeal your account suspension,
please contact Customer Support. If the system
detects that you create another account, you will be completely blocked from
using the site again. And no appeal will be entertained after that.
You are solely responsible for all information that you
submit to ADLOT CLASSIFIEDS and any consequences that may result from your post. We
reserve the right at our discretion to refuse or delete content that we believe
is inappropriate or breeching the above terms. We also reserve the right at our
discretion to restrict a user's usage of the site either temporarily or
permanently, or refuse a user's registration.
